“解構(gòu)水墨——國(guó)際當(dāng)代水墨邀請(qǐng)展”經(jīng)上海多倫美術(shù)館展出之后定于2012年11月22日至12月20日再次在北京當(dāng)代藝術(shù)館展出。本次展覽由著名策展人彭鋒策劃，北京當(dāng)代藝術(shù)館，上海多倫現(xiàn)代美術(shù)館聯(lián)合主辦，將展出來(lái)自海內(nèi)外的21名藝術(shù)家的繪畫(huà)、裝置、影像、行為藝術(shù)作品。展覽定于11月22日下午3點(diǎn)在北京當(dāng)代藝術(shù)館開(kāi)幕。

以水墨的名義解構(gòu)水墨，看起來(lái)像不可能完成的任務(wù)。如果解構(gòu)意味著解除，那么就只能期待非水墨充當(dāng)水墨的掘墓人。當(dāng)我們用水墨來(lái)解構(gòu)水墨的時(shí)，實(shí)際上不是解除水墨，而是解放水墨，不是水墨的終結(jié)，而是水墨的新生。當(dāng)我們將有關(guān)水墨的各種規(guī)定懸置起來(lái)之后，剩下來(lái)的就是水墨本身。回到事物本身，本是哲學(xué)家給自己提出的任務(wù)，卻常常假道藝術(shù)來(lái)完成。在這一點(diǎn)上，哲學(xué)與藝術(shù)殊途同歸。它們都是在用負(fù)的方法，去完成自我解放這個(gè)不可能完成的任務(wù)。不經(jīng)過(guò)解構(gòu)，任何建構(gòu)都將搖搖欲墜。
　　　
此次，我們邀請(qǐng)了20名國(guó)內(nèi)外活躍的藝術(shù)家，他們從不同的角度，對(duì)水墨做出了解構(gòu)。然而，他們的作品看上去卻真是水墨。禪師們教導(dǎo)我們，要想得到解脫，就要逢著便殺，逢佛殺佛，逢祖殺祖。但是，解脫并不是要以非常心做非常事，而是以平常心做平常事。

我們希望這個(gè)展覽，能夠像一把奧卡姆剃刀，剔除遮蔽在水墨之上的各種迷霧。解構(gòu)水墨的目的，是還水墨以本來(lái)面目。

To undo Shuimo by means of Shuimo, that seems impossible. If to undo here means to reverse or erase, only non-Shuimo can be the gravedigger of Shuimo. When we use Shuimo to undo Shuimo, it does not mean to erase but to liberate shuimo, and so not the end but the rebirth of shuimo. After we suspend or bracket all habits, rules, and conventions on Shuimo, the phenomenological residuum is the Shuimo-itself. Returning to thing-itself is the purpose of philosophy, but philosophers usually make it by way of art. In this sense, art and philosophy can reach the same goal by different routes. Both art and philosophy use “negative method” or “negative expression” to liberate themselves.

The purpose of deconstruction is the self-evident foundation. Without this deconstruction, any construction would be suspectable.

20 artists from Europe, North America, and China have been working on this project. They undo or liberate Shuimo from different aspects. After this undoing, their works look like real Shuimo. An old Chan Master taught us: To liberate oneself, he or she should kill every dogma, kill the founder-masters, kill the Buddhas, when he or she meets them. However, the purpose of liberation is not to do something special, but normal thing and normal mind. As Qing Yuan said, “But now that I have got the very substance I am at rest. For it is just that I see mountains once again as mountains, and waters once again as waters.” That is the real Chinese wisdom!

I hope this exhibition can function as the Occams Razor, to eliminate the mist or representations on Shuimo. The purpose of undoing Shuimo is to reach the real and presence of Shuimo.
